Updates Due to COVID-19:
We are all aware of the effects COVID-19 is having on our daily lives. We understand many people have concerns about this virus and the actions that have been and will be taken in the cities and states around us.
We at Asheville Adventures wanted to take a moment to let our guests, as well as our local Asheville friends, know that we will continue to offer our tours. However, we will be doing things differently for the coming weeks to keep our guests and guides safe, and to be flexible during this time.
Safety is always our first concern for our guests. Because of this, we will continue to take extra measures to ensure our tour vehicles are thoroughly sanitized and cleaned after each use. We will be leading our private tours to outdoor destinations that are free from crowds and groups to ensure “social distancing” which is also recommended by the CDC. Our guides will be wearing masks and we kindly ask that our guests wear masks while transporting to and from our destinations.
We have also updated our Cancellation Policy to be more flexible. We want to make sure that you don’t have to worry about your upcoming tour. Our Updated Cancellation Policy is as follows: "Any booking scheduled prior to December 31st, 2020 can be rescheduled to a different date for no additional charge. Any trip scheduled prior to December 31st, 2020 can be cancelled anytime up to 24 hours before the trip begins and participants will receive a full refund."
Here is the good news:
We will continue offering trips to amazing locations AWAY from the crowds and people.
All of our trips are private trips (only your family/friends will be on the trip).
As always, we are going above and beyond to make sure ALL of our equipment and vehicles are properly cleaned.
We have updated our cancellation policy to ensure that you don’t lose any money or miss out on an adventure.
