Our Story
We are a tour guide company committed to offering the greatest hiking tours imaginable. We want to give you, your family, and your friends a truly amazing experience in Asheville. We also want to be bigger than just a guide service, that's why we've chosen to use this company to help fight against human trafficking.
And we want to invite you to join us. Everyone that comes on a tour with us is helping end human trafficking. From the moment we launched, we have been giving 10% of our gross income (every dollar that we make) to organizations fighting trafficking.
Asheville Born & Raised
I started Like to Hike to allow other people to experience what I call home. Growing up in this city, in these mountains, has been pure joy. And I want others to encounter that joy. For me, life in Asheville has always been defined by adventure. I mean, I was still in diapers the first time I went to Mount Pisgah (one of my family's favorite hikes). The hikes, the camping trips, the animal encounters, the wild blackberries, the hundreds of waterfalls... all of this is what I want to share with people.
So that's what we do. We allow people to see the best parts of Western North Carolina. Whether that be hiking 2 miles to hidden waterfalls, or hiking 10 miles on some of the tallest peaks around. We customize our trips to fit you and give you the best
adventure in Asheville.
